"I am very sorry to hear that, the agents office is not where claims are handled and we would have not known any of this information unless it was sent to us? And since we don’t know who you are posting this review I can’t get any details as to what happened, to see why the claim would have been put through your insurance if you weren’t at fault, normally, you would put the claim through the other insurance company on the policy of the person that hit you and that way it’s not on your record. Also subrogation claim handled by the claims department and the subrogation team we’ve been told it can take up to 2 years to get subrogation claims to be resolved by all involved parties. Again we are very sorry that you experienced this issue, this in not how it goes! "
